Armoglaze Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Armoglaze. We are dedicated to providing high-quality products. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

We cannot accept returns for any product that has been opened or used. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Any kits where the bottles (Part A or Part B) have been opened.

- Any pails or cans of coating with broken factory seals.

- Any items that have been mixed.

Once the product components are opened or mixed, they are considered used and are no longer eligible for a return or refund.

Return Process:

To initiate a return for an eligible (unopened and unused) item, contact the Armoglaze customer service team at info@armoglaze.net or 2246161766 within 30 days of purchase to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Please include your original order number and reason for the return.

Shipping for Returns:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returning an item. We do not provide return shipping labels. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds:

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically issued to your original method of payment within a few days.
